Fresh Seafood at Gold Coast Co Op

There's nothing better than fresh king prawns straight off the trawler. I came back from a surf at the spit and they'd just opened up at the Gold Coast Co Op at 6.00am. So with the thought of tasty prawns and a glass of wine for lunch foremost in my mind I pulled in.
Medium king prawns were $25 per kg and large kings $28. We're going to walk over the road from Aqualine with a couple of folding chairs and have fresh prawns, fresh bread (from the local farmers market) and a glass of white by the beach looking straight over the sparkling Broadwater. When you stay at Aqualine Apartments that's what you can do.
