Friendly service and great food are both on offer at Thai Magik in Chirn Park. The restaurant is BYO and has both indoor and outdoor dining with traditional Thai decor. On weekends and most week nights the restaurant is packed so booking is recommended. The takeaway service is efficient and a great option if you are unable to get a table or just want a quiet night in with some great food.
The menu has something for everyone. Whether you want something spicy or mild, vegetarian or seafood you will find something you love. I personally can never go past the Red, Yellow or Green curries for my main and the beef samosas and vegetarian spring rolls for an entree. The coconut rice has also become a favourite and something we have tried to emulate at home but can never come close.
We have never had a guest stay who hasn’t loved the food and service at Thai Magik and we keep going back once every few weeks. There is a BWS conveniently located right across the road and Tonic on Chirn is a great little bar to head afterwards if you are looking for some entertainment or a nice place for a drink.
The combination of location, great food and service is a winner and makes this our favourite Thai restaurant on this end of the coast.
