Karen and I have just taken over managing Aqualine Apartments and we’re really excited about the launching of our new website. We wanted a website that showcased the quality of our apartments and highlighted the brilliant location and we certainly feel that’s what we’ve got.
I looked for over 18 months for a suitable complex to buy into. Apart from price the key criteria was 1) Location – we wanted to be able to walk to restaurants and shops and have great water views. 2) Comfort – if we were moving from a 4 bedroom colonial in the country to a 2 bedroom apartment on the Gold Coast it had to be a pretty nice apartment.
